Nearest parking is Tanner Street SOUTH car park, which has both standard and Blue Badge parking for visitors. There are steps and a ramp to exit this car park on the south side nearest the river.

The store entrance has a wide single door which is manual and quite heavy. Assistance can be provided if required. There is a small slanted lip on the door which is approximately 2mm at its lowest and 13mm at its highest. The door opening is approximately 915mm wide.

Within the store there are displays of varied heights. The till has two separate sections to accommodate wheelchair users as well as those who cannot bend down easily. Displays and shelving are arranged to ensure ease of movement around the store for everyone.

Service animals are welcome within the store and drinking water for them is available.

Seating is provided for those who need to rest whilst in the shop.

There are no toilets in the shop. The nearest toilets, operated by Thetford Town Council are:
